Description
How does it work?
L-arginine is converted in the body into a chemical called nitric oxide. Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow. L-arginine also stimulates the release of growth hormone, insulin, and other substances in the body.
L-arginine absorption
L-arginine is absorbed in the small intestine and transported to the liver, where the major portion is taken up and utilized in the hepatic urea cycle; however, a small part of dietary L-arginine passes through the liver and is utilized as a substrate for No production.
L-arginine mechanism of action
L-arginine is converted in the body into a chemical called nitric oxide. Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow. L-arginine also stimulates hormone, insulin and other substances in the body.

Description
Resveratrol is part of a group of compounds called polyphenols. They’re thought to act like antioxidants, protecting the body against damage that can put you at higher risk for things like cancer and heart disease. It’s in the skin of red grapes, but you can also find it in peanuts and berries.
How does it work?
Resveratrol might expand blood vessels and reduce the activity of cells important in blood clotting. Some research suggests that resveratrol has weak estrogen (a female hormone) effects. It may also decrease pain and swelling (inflammation).
Mechanism of action
Resveratrol is also an Histone deacetylase inhibitors that display its antiproliferative action by activating cell cycle arrest, inducing apoptosis and autophagy, angiogenesis inhibition, increasing reactive oxygen species generation causing oxidative stress, and mitotic cell death in cancer cells.
Metabolism
Resveratrol (3,4′,5-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene) is a polyphenolic compound accounting to the stilbene class. Most stilbenes in plants act as antifungal phytoalexins, compounds that are usually synthesized only in response to infection or injury.
INDICATIONS:
Excreted from Grapes and Berries
Anti-carcinogenic
Anti-inflammatory
Helps in Prevention & Aging
Regular Blood Sugar Level
Helps in Controlling ED
Enhances Fertility
Uses and Effectiveness
Hay fever. Using a nasal spray containing resveratrol three timmes daily for 4 weeks seems to reduce allergy symptoms in adults with seasonal allergies. Using a nasal spray containing resveratrol and beta-glucans three times daily for 2 months also seems to reduce allergy symptoms in children with seasonal allergies.
Obesity
Some research shows that taking resveratrol can increase weight loss in obese adults.
Heart disease
People who consume higher amounts of dietary resveratrol do not seem to have a lower risk of heart disease compared to people who consume lower amounts. Also, taking resveratrol by mouth does not seem to improve levels of cholesterol or blood fats called triglycerides in people at risk for heart disease.
A grouping of symptoms that increase the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke (metabolic syndrome).
Taking resveratrol doesn’t seem to lower blood pressure, blood sugar, or cholesterol in people with metabolic syndrome. Early research shows that resveratrol might help to reduce body weight and body fat in people with metabolic syndrome. But more research is needed to confirm.
Build up of fat in the liver in people who drink little or no alcohol (nonalcoholic fatty liver disease or NAFLD).
Most early research shows that resveratrol does not improve liver function, liver scarring, or cholesterol levels in people with NAFLD.
Acne
Early research shows that applying a gel containing resveratrol to the face for 60 days reduces the severity of acne
Decline in memory and thinking skills that occurs normally with age.
It is unclear if resveratrol helps with memory or thinking skills in older people. Some early research shows that resveratrol might improve thinking skills and memory in women after menopause. But other research shows that resveratrol given in higher doses or for a longer time doesn’t improve memory or thinking skills in healthy older adults.

People who consume higher amounts of dietary resveratrol do not seem to have a lower risk of cancer compared to people who consume lower amounts.

Description
L-citrulline is a substance called anon essential amino acid. Your kidneys change L-citrulline into another amino acid called Lang errs and a chemical called nitric oxide. These compounds are important to your heart and blood vessel health. They may also boost your immune system.
How does it work?
L-citrulline is a naturally occurring amino acid found in food, such as watermelon. It is also made naturally in the body. The body changes L-citrulline into another amino acid called L-arginine and also to a chemical called nitric oxide. L-citrulline might help increase the supply of ingredients the body needs to make certain proteins. It might also help open up veins and arteries to improve blood flow and reduce blood pressure.
Mechanism of action
the mechanism of L-citrulline to improve endothelial dysfunction, in conditions such as atherosclerosis, are most likely mediated via direct reduction of hydroxyl radical formation, direct action on vascular smooth muscle, and indirect action of no synthesis.
Metabolism
Metabolism L-citrulline is monthly used as a vehicle for urea synthesis in the small intestine and liver. In other tissues, such as endothelial cells of the arteries, the main significance of citrulline is as a precursor fo L-arginine for nitric oxide synthesis.1 cleaves L-arginine into urea and L-ornithine

Description
Alpha-lipoic acid is a vitamin like chemical called an antioxidant. Yeast, liver, kidney spinach, broccoli, and potatoes are good sources of Alpha lipoic acid. It is also made in the laboratory for use as medicine. Alpha lipoic acid is most commonly used for nerve pain in people with diabetes (diabetic neuropathy).
How does it work?
Alpha-lipoic acid seems to help prevent certain kinds of cell damage in the body, and also restores vitamin levels such as vitamin E and vitamin C. There is also evidence that alpha-lipoic acid can improve the function and conduction of neurons in diabetes. Alpha-lipoic acid is used in the body to break down carbohydrates and to make energy for the other organs in the body.
Mechanism of action
Alpha-lipoic acid has many biochemical functions acting as a biological antioxidant, anti inflammatory properties, metal chelators, reducing the oxidized forms of other C and E and glutathions, and modulating the signaling transduction of several pathways, like insulin and nuclear factor.
Metabolism
Alpha-lipoic acid is present as a cofactor in alpha-keto-acid dehydrogenases and in the glycine cleavage system. These enzyme complexes are involved in the metabolic pathways of pyruvate oxidation, the citric acid cycle, and amino acid degradation and biosynthesis.
INDICATIONS:
Reduce Nerve Pain
Obesity
Diabetic Neuropathy
High Cholesterol

Lycopene is a naturally occurring chemical that gives fruits and vegetables a red color. It is one of a number of pigments called carotenoids. Lycopene is found in tomatoes, watermelons, red oranges, pink grapefruits, apricots, rosehips, and guavas.
People take lycopene for preventing heart disease; “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis); and cancer of the prostate, breast, lung, bladder, ovaries, colon, and pancreas. Lycopene is also used for treating human papilloma virus (HPV) infection, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), asthma, hypertension, high cholesterol, congestive heart failure (CHF), gingivitis, and menopausal symptoms. Some people also use lycopene to prevent cataracts, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, Lou Gehrig’s disease), Parkinson’s disease, and sunburn.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that may help protect cells from damage. This is why there is a lot of research interest in lycopene’s role, if any, in preventing cancer.
SIDE EFFECTS
Lycopene is LIKELY SAFE when taken by mouth in appropriate amounts. Daily supplements containing up to 120 mg of lycopene have been used safely for up to one ye.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS & WARNINGS
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Lycopene is LIKELY SAFE during pregnancy and breast-feeding when taken in amounts commonly found in foods. However, lycopene is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken as a supplement during pregnancy. In one study, using a specific lycopene supplement (LycoRed, Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals, India) 2 mg daily, starting between weeks 12 and 20 of pregnancy and continuing until delivery, increased the rate of premature births and low-birth-weight babies. But in another study using the same lycopene supplement, these problems weren’t seen. Not enough is known about the safety of lycopene supplements during breast-feeding. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, avoid using lycopene in amounts greater than those typically found in foods.
SURGERY:
Lycopene might slow blood clotting. It might increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. Stop using lycopene supplements at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.
INTERACTIONS
Medications that slow blood clotting (Anticoagulant/ Antiplatelet drugs)Interaction Rating: Moderate Be cautious with this combination. Talk with your health provider.

WHAT IS L-ARGININE?
L-arginine is an amino acid. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and divided into essential and nonessential categories.
L-arginine is considered semi-essential or conditionally essential, meaning that it becomes essential under certain circumstances and conditions, including pregnancy, infancy, critical illness, and trauma.
It’s necessary for the production of nitric oxide, a signaling molecule that’s needed fora variety of bodily processes and functions, including blood flow regulation, mitochondria! function, and cellular communication.
Additionally, it acts as a precursor to other amino acids, including glutamate, proline. and creatine, and is essential forthe health and functioning of your immune system.
Arginine is necessary for the development of T-cells, which are white blood cells that play central roles in immune response .
L-citruiline is used for Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, fatigue, muscle weakness, sickle cell disease, erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure, and diabetes. It is used for heart disease, body building, increasing energy, and for improving athletic performance.

ARCIT softgel are available in pack of 20’s.

Macran-Z softgel, provided by Elate Pharma, contain 300 mg of 100% whole cranberry fruit concentrated extract along with Vitamin C and Zinc.
Macran-Z is derived using a unique extraction process which allows for a higher concentration of all of the active nutrients in cranberries compared to other cranberry supplements. Juice from whole, organic cranberries is extracted from the fruit, concentrated, and infused back into the pure cranberry fiber of the original berry. This unique process provides an exceptionally nutrientdense cranberry concentrate which contains all of the bioactive ingredients of the whole fruit.
FUNCTIONS
Cranberry juice has long been recognized for its role in supporting urinary tract health. Its beneficial properties were originally attributed to its ability to acidify urine. However, recent research indicates that the active components of cranberry prevent deleterious bacteria (such as Escherichia coli) from adhering to the epithelial lining of the urinary tract where they could otherwise congregate, multiply, and induce infection. The identity of the active ingredients of cranberry has not yet been completely described. It appears that two components of cranberry inhibit bacterial adhesion: fructose, a sugar typically found in fruit, and a yet to be identified polymeric compound. Whole cranberries also contain proanthocyanins and anthocyanins, two biofavonoids known for their antioxidant activity.
Other health benefits have been described to the presence of several organic acids including hippuric, ellagic, shikimic, quinic, malic, benzoic, and citric acids.
Macran-Z is the only cranberry dietary supplement shown to contain ellagic acid which is reported to be the principle organic acid in natural cranberry fruit.
New research about the role of zinc in our immune system could help the development of new non-antibiotic treatment strategies for bacterial diseases, such as urinary tract infections (UTIs).
INDICATIONS
Macran-Z, which provide a convenient, high potency source of whole cran berry fruit extract, may be a beneficial nutritional supplement for individuals who wish to enhance urinary tract health through the natural benefits of this fruit concentrate.

Bezofer softgel is composed of Coenzyme Q10 which is also known as ubiquinone. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance found throughout the body, but especially in the heart, liver, kidney, and pancreas.
Uses: Studies suggest that coenzyme Q010 supplements may help prevent or treat the following conditions:
Coenzyme Q10 Deficiency: Coenzyme Q10 supplement is likely effective for Coenzyme Q10 deficiency, which is a very rare condition. The symptoms include weakness, fatigue, and seizures.
Heart Failure: Them is evidence that Coenzyme Q10 may help treat heart failure when combined with conventional medications. People who have congestive he. failure, where the heart is not able to pump blood as well as it should may also have low levels of Coenzyme Q10. Several clinical studies suggests that Coenzyme Q10 supplements help reduce swelling in the legs; reduce fluid in the lungs, making breathing easier; and increase exercise capacity in people with heart failure.
Decreasing the risk of additional heart problems in people who have had a recent heart attack (myocardial infarction MI)
When start. within 72 hours of MI and taken for one year, Coenzyme Q10 appears to significantly lower the risk of heart-related events including non-fatal MI. High Blood Pressure (hypertension) Taking Coenzyme Q10 by itself or along with other medications for treating high blood pressure seems to help lower blood pressure even more. Several clinical studies suggest that Coenzyme Q10 may lower blood pressure. However, it may take 4 to 12 weeks to see any change. In one analysis, after reviewing 12 clinical studies, researchers concluded that Coenzyme C110 has the potential to lower systolic blood pressure by up to 17mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure by 10mm Hg, without significant side effects.
Diabetes: Coenzyme Q10 supplements may improve heart health and blood sugar and help manage high blood pressure in people with diabetes.
Preventing Migraine Headache: Taking Coenzyme Q10 by mouth seems to help prevent migraine headaches. Taking Coenzyme Q10 also appears to reduce migraine frequency in children who have low levels of Coenzyme Q10. Muscular Dystrophy Taking Coenzyme Q10 by mouth seems to improve physical performance in some patients with muscular dystrophy.
Infertility in Men: There is some evidence that Coenzyme Q10 treatment can improve the movement and density of sperm in men with certain types of infertility.
Statin Induced Myopathy: Statins, a class of drugs used to lower cholesterol, can sometimes cause muscle pain. There is some evidence that taking Coenzyme Q10 might reduce this pain.
Dosage: Take 1 soft gelatin capsules daily or as directed by the healthcare practitioner.
Interactions: Medications for cancer (Chemotherapy) Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant and might decrease the effectiveness of some medications used for cancers. Ask your oncologist before taking antioxidants or any supplement along with chemotherapy.
Medications for high blood pressure (Antihypertensive drugs):
Coenzyme Q10 may decrease blood pressure. Therefore, taking coenzyme Q10 along with medications for high blood pressure might cause your blood pressure to go too low.
Warfarin: Coenzyme Q10 might increase blood clotting and decrease the effectiveness of warfarin. Be sure to have your blood checked regularly. The dose of warfarin might need to be changed.
Side Effects: Coenzyme Q10 can cause some mild side effects including stomach upset, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. It can cause allergic skin rashes in some people. It also might lower blood pressure. Dividing the total daily dose by taking smaller amounts two or three times a day instead of a large amount all at once can help reduce side effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have any side effects or if your symptoms persist or worsen.
Warnings & Precautions
Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers: Coenzyme Q10 is possibly safe when taken by mouth appropriately during pregnancy. Coenzyme Q10 has been used safely twice daily starting at 20 weeks until delivery. Not enough is known about the use of coenzyme Q10 during breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
Smoking: Cigarette smoking depletes the amount of coenzyme Q10 stored by the body.
Surgery: Coenzyme Q10 might interfere with blood pressure control during and after surgery. Stop using coenzyme Q10 at least two weeks before a scheduled surgery.
Liver problems: If you have liver problems, it is recommended to get advice from your healthcare practitioner before taking this medication.
Storage: Store below 30°C. Protect from heat, light & moisture. Keep out of each of children.
Presentation: Bezofer softgels are available in pack of 20’s.
